What is usually included

• The session itself, for the hours quoted, at one or more locations.

• A second village: needs a car and about ten to twenty minutes between villages. Included in our three-hour session, a short taxi otherwise.
• A catamaran or boat: the charter is booked separately from the photography; private sunset charters start from a few hundred euros.

• Video: a proposal film is usually €300 to €500 on the island (ours €390); wedding films €1,200 to €3,000 (ours from €1,490).

Platform versus direct. Marketplaces add a commission on top of the photographer's rate and often route you to whoever is free rather than whoever fits. Booking directly with a photographer who lives on the island usually costs the same or less for the same hour, and you know exactly who turns up.

Experience and delivery. A photographer with 500 sessions on the island prices the time it takes to get the light right, not the shutter clicks. Delivery in two to three days for a proposal, so you can share the news before you fly home, is part of the service, not an add-on.

Number of edited photos. Sixty carefully edited photos beat 150 near duplicates. Compare the edited count and the delivery time, not the hourly rate.

Season. Some photographers charge more in July and August. We keep one price all year; the trade-off is that summer sunset slots sell out weeks ahead.

Two couples book the same sunset in Imerovigli. The first takes the Simple Session: one hour, one village, 60 or more edited photos within a week, €349. The second takes the Signature Session: two hours, Imerovigli first and then Oia, 110 or more edited photos within a week, €499. The second hour costs €150 and adds 50 photos and a second village, which is the single rule behind every package on our ladder. The three-hour Grand Session, €649 with 160 or more photos across three villages, is the only one that includes transport, because three stops in three hours do not work on foot.
