Booking policies
Updated October 4, 2026. These are the terms every booking works by. They are short on purpose; if your situation is not covered, ask and we will answer in writing.
Booking and payment
No payment today. We confirm availability within 24 hours; a 30 % deposit then secures your date. 30 % deposit after we confirm availability, by bank transfer or a payment link we send you. The balance is paid in cash or by card on the day. We accept bank transfer, payment link, cash, card. Prices are in euros per group and include VAT where applicable; the price confirmed in writing is the price you pay.
Weather, wind and delays
Free date or time change for weather, strikes, or cruise and flight delays. We decide together the day before, based on the forecast, and we move to a sheltered village or another hour when the caldera wind is too strong for photos.
Cancellation and lateness
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the session, deposit refunded. Inside 7 days the deposit is kept, but you can use it for a new date within 12 months. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the session is shortened accordingly. A no-show keeps the deposit. If we cancel for any reason on our side, you receive the full deposit back within five working days.
Delivery
Private online gallery with full-resolution downloads. Proposals are delivered within two to three days, sessions within one week, weddings within four to six weeks with a sneak peek inside 48 hours. Express delivery within 48 hours is available for €90. Your gallery stays online for 12 months.
Usage rights and RAW files
Personal-use rights: print and share freely. No RAW files. No commercial use without permission. Commercial use, for example in advertising or by a venue, needs a written license from us. We do not deliver RAW files. All photographs remain the copyright of Santorini Photographers, Alexandros Sirigos.
Portfolio use
We may show a few selected photos in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Tell us before or after the session and we keep your photos private; this never affects the price or the service. Stories on this site are published only with the couple's consent and names appear only when they ask for them.
Response time
We reply usually within hours, always within 24 hours.
Group size
Couple packages cover up to four people. The Family Session covers up to six, plus €40 per extra family beyond that. Larger groups and wedding parties are quoted individually.
Drones
Drone footage is flown by an EASA-registered operator only where regulations and the location allow it; village centers, crowds and the airport zone are excluded. When the drone cannot fly, the film is made from the ground footage and no drone fee is charged.
