No cookies
This site sets no cookies and shows no cookie banner. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, fingerprinting or personal identifiers. The map on the locations pages loads tiles from OpenStreetMap; your browser sends the tile server its standard request data, nothing more.
Booking requests
When you send a booking request we receive the details you typed: name, email, phone number, dates, package, people, notes, country and preferred language. We use them only to answer you and to prepare your session. They are emailed to us and stored in a protected file on our web host so that no request is lost. We delete requests that do not become bookings after twelve months.
WhatsApp, email and calls
If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta's privacy policy applies to the transport of the message; we keep the conversation only for the booking. Emails are kept for as long as the booking and the gallery are active.
Photographs
Your photographs are stored on our systems and in your private online gallery for twelve months. We show selected photos in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, before or after the session. Stories with names are published only with written consent.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing to thiraalex@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Third parties
We do not sell or share your data. Our web host (cPanel hosting in the EU) processes it on our behalf. The optional currency conversion on the prices page calls api.frankfurter.app for exchange rates only when you click the button; no personal data is sent.
