We film proposals, weddings and elopements in Santorini alongside the photography: a proposal film costs €390 as an add-on to any proposal package, wedding films start at €1,490, a 60-second vertical reel is €120, and drone footage is €200 where the spot allows it. Alexandros Sirigos is an EASA-registered drone operator.
Below: what each film contains, how long it runs, where a drone can and cannot fly on the island, and the sample film from a proposal in Fira.
Packages
The proposal film is one to two minutes: the walk-in, the question from the hidden position, the reaction, the ring, and where permitted a drone pass over the caldera. It is recorded with a second camera during the photo shoot, cut with licensed music and graded to match the photos. Delivery within two weeks, in horizontal and vertical versions.
Alexandros's note: short on purpose. People replay the yes, not three minutes of slow-motion walking.
Per group, no payment today. We confirm within 24 hours; a 30 % deposit then secures your date.
A wedding film by our team covers the same hours as the photography and delivers a four to six minute highlight film plus the full ceremony and speeches as separate files. Prices start at €1,490 for elopements and half days; full days are quoted with the photography. Drone footage is included where the venue allows it.
Films are delivered six to eight weeks after the wedding, with a 60-second teaser within a week.

Every session can add a 60-second vertical reel for €120: a fast edit for Instagram or TikTok, delivered with the photos. For proposals and engagements it is the announcement most couples post first.
Greece applies the EASA rules: no flights over crowds, no flights in the airport zone, and no flights over the village centers of Oia, Fira and Imerovigli, which are both crowded and often restricted. Drone footage is possible on open cliff paths, at villas and venues outside the centers, and at sea from a catamaran.
We tell you before the session whether your spot allows it. Wind grounds the drone more often than rules do; on those days the film is made from the ground footage.
| Spot | Drone | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Oia, Fira, Imerovigli centers | No | Crowds and restrictions |
| Imerovigli cliff path, away from the village | Usually | Open space, few people, weather permitting |
| Villa or venue terrace outside the centers | Usually | Private property, owner's consent |
| Catamaran at sea | Yes | Open water below the cliffs |
| Akrotiri lighthouse, Vlychada | Usually | Open landscape, no crowds |

The postcard: blue domes, the castle ruins, the windmills and the long walk down to Ammoudi. It is also the busiest village on the island from 17:00 until dark.
Sunrise to 09:00 for empty alleys; 60 to 30 minutes before sunset for the domes and the castle.

The highest village on the caldera and the quietest of the three. Skaros Rock.
Golden hour, 70 to 10 minutes before sunset, on the chapel terrace below Skaros.

The capital: the caldera path, the Three Bells, white hotels stacked on the cliff and the old port below.
Morning for the caldera path and rooftops; sunset from a private terrace rather than the main…
“Alexandros was incredible. He made us feel completely at ease and the photos came back in 3 days, 42 stunning images. Best decision we made for our Santorini trip.”
“He captured my proposal perfectly. She had no idea he was there. The photos are breathtaking. We've already recommended Alexandros to three other couples.”
Only where it is permitted. Alexandros is an EASA-registered drone operator, but the village centers, crowds and the airport zone are off limits, so drone footage is possible on open terraces, cliffs and at sea rather than above Oia. We tell you in advance whether your spot allows it.
Yes. The proposal film (€390) adds a one to two minute edit, with drone footage where permitted. For weddings a second photographer costs €350 and a wedding film starts at €1,490.
